Prices in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies. Plans bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple at App Store prices (the yearly plans there are $499.99 and $999.99).

What is the cheapest FieldPix plan?
Starter, at $49.99 a month for a company of up to 5 people, or $14.99 a week if you'd rather pay weekly. Paid yearly it is $499.90, about $41.66 a month. It has every feature, including the AI walkthroughs, stamped photos, reports, e-signatures and payments.
Do you charge per user or per photo?
Neither. Starter covers up to 5 users and Pro covers as many as you need, for one flat price per company. Photos, videos, projects and reports are unlimited on both.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Only the size of your team. Every feature is on both plans, including the AI walkthroughs, agreements, invoices and payments. Starter is for up to 5 users; Pro is for any number.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. A trial you start on the web needs no card, and nothing renews unless you choose a plan. A trial you start in the iPhone app runs through your Apple ID and becomes the plan you picked unless you cancel before it ends.
What happens if my team grows past 5 people?
Switch to Pro from Billing at any time. If a team on Starter has more people than the plan covers, admins have 14 days to upgrade or remove people before new uploads pause.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly plans are refundable in full for 30 days. The refund policy has the details.
Are there fees on payments from my clients?
Card and bank payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe's fees and a 1% FieldPix fee come out of each one. Recording cash and checks is free.
