Keep the client in the loop. Crew notes stay private; one link shows the client the job as it happens. In a job, open Tasks. Below the tasks are Comments: notes for your crew. Type a note and tap Post. It's crew-only. Tap Show to client to share a note. The client sees it on their link. Below that is the Client link. Tap Share client link and send it by text or email. Your client opens it in a browser. No app, no account. They see progress, agreements, payments, photos and shared reports. Turn the link off any time.
