Proposals clients sign. A priced estimate with photos of the work, signed on your phone, with the deposit paid. In a job, tap Create, then Proposal. Pick your walkthrough notes or the job's photos, then tap Write proposal. FieldPix drafts the priced lines. The proposal shows up in Docs. Each line has its price and the photos that show the work. Edit anything, then tap Ready for signature. Tap Sign now and hand your client the phone. They sign with a finger. The signed copy is saved to the job, and the deposit is due right away. Collect it on the spot: Tap to Pay, a QR code, a pay link, or cash or check.
