Proposals on the web. Priced lines with photos of the work, signed by your client, with the deposit paid. In a project, under Proposals and agreements, click New. Start a blank proposal, or let FieldPix draft one from your walkthrough notes or photos. Give it a title, then add lines from your price book. Set the quantities, and add photos of the work to each line. Ask for a deposit when it's signed: a percent or a fixed amount. Click Ready to sign. Your client signs on their project link and pays the deposit there. Keep your prices in the Price book. Add items one by one, or import a spreadsheet.
