Tasks. A punch list on every job, and the person you pick gets a notification on their phone. Tasks lists what still needs doing on every job. Mine shows yours; Everyone's shows the whole team's. Click New task, and choose the job. Say what needs doing, add notes or a due date, and pick who it's for. Click Add task. They get a notification and see it on Today in the app. Make a task straight from a photo: open it and click Task. Tick a task when it's done. Whoever made it hears about it.
