Does the AI write my prices?
No. FieldPix can draft the lines of a proposal from your walkthrough and photos, but prices are the ones you type in, or ones you said out loud on site. It never invents a price.
How does the client sign?
On your phone's screen, right there on site, or from a link you text or email them. The signed agreement is saved to the job as a PDF.
How do I take a deposit or a payment?
Right after the client signs, they can pay the deposit. For an invoice or the rest of a signed proposal, show a QR code, send a pay link by text or email, enter a card, or use Tap to Pay on iPhone or Android. Cash and checks can be recorded too.
What does it cost to take payments?
Card and bank payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe's fees and a 1% FieldPix fee come out of each payment. Recording cash and checks is free.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Invoices and payments can sync to QuickBooks Online.
